A trailer-based sales trolley offers you maximum flexibility - regardless of whether you are out and about at weekly markets, city festivals or street food events. Compared to a food truck the sales trailer scores points for its independence and ease of use.
A major advantage: the sales trailer and the corresponding towing vehicle can be used independently of each other, so you remain flexible. If your towing vehicle breaks down, you can simply swap it - the trailer remains ready for use. Maintenance and TÜV inspections are also cheaper and less complicated than with a complete vehicle.
