As a leading manufacturer of food service vehicles, we develop and manufacture custom solutions for food trucks, food service trailers, and mobile food service concepts. Our food service vehicles can be customized to meet individual needs, are built to last, and are perfectly tailored to the requirements of modern food service concepts.

In addition to mobile food service vehicles, our core competencies also include promotional vehicles and modular container construction. Furthermore, ROKA is the European representative of the legendary Airstream trailer manufacturer—a symbol of design, freedom, and lifestyle.

Founded in 1966, this family-owned business now employs around 120 people at its headquarters in Merenberg (Hesse) —conveniently located between the A3 and A45 highways. The ROKA Showroom is considered the premier destination for sales trailers, food trucks, and Airstream caravans.

Our Production – Made in Germany

Precision, experience, and true craftsmanship—that’s what defines production at ROKA Werk GmbH. Here, we build food service vehicles, promotional vehicles, and modular container systems that set the standard for quality, functionality, and durability.

Manufacturing takes place in our state-of-the-art production facility in Merenberg (Hesse). Here, we bring all key departments together under one roof: metalworking, furniture manufacturing, kitchen appliance manufacturing, the electrical department, the paint shop, as well as design and production planning all work hand in hand. This enables us to efficiently meet individual customer requirements.

For nearly 60 years, we have also been manufacturing ROKA kitchen appliances—Made in Germany. They are robust, powerful, and designed for continuous professional use in the mobile food service industry. Of course, we also incorporate high-quality technology from other renowned manufacturers such as Kiremko and KSF.

With our in-house production in Germany, we are committed to transparency, sustainability, and creating value locally. As a result, ROKA produces not just sales vehicles, but mobile workspaces of the highest quality—durable, customizable, and retaining their value.
