SERVICE TECHNICIAN / ASSEMBLER (m/f/d)

The company headquarters of ROKA Werk GmbH are located in Merenberg, Hesse. There is also a showroom for exhibitions and sales in the immediate vicinity of the company headquarters. In the industry, we are regarded as the leading manufacturer of food trucks, food trailers and catering containers. FIELD OF TASKS

• Independent performance of maintenance, servicing and repair work on our sales vehicles and containers, etc.
• Supporting our customers as a service partner in the Frankfurt - Cologne area, nationwide assignments are also possible
• You clarify technical questions with our office staff
• Diagnosis and troubleshooting of faults and complaints
• You instruct customers on how to use the products
• You create formalized service reports and documentation
• Independent maintenance of tool and material stocks on the service vehicle

REQUIREMENT PROFILE

• Completed technical vocational training is desirable
• You are free from giddiness on scaffolding and ladders
• Ideally you have experience as a service technician
• You have a valid class 3 or B driving license, class BE is desirable
• You are careful, reliable and work in a safety-conscious manner
• You have strong teamwork and communication skills
• We require a willingness to travel and flexibility
