Buyer (m/f/d) part-time - 20 hours

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed person to join our purchasing department on a part-time basis as soon as possible.

Who are we?

We are a leader in the development, manufacture and expansion of sales vehicles and containers for the food service industry. Around 120 employees currently contribute to the success of the family business, which was founded in 1966.

They operate at a total of two locations. The company headquarters of ROKA Werk GmbH is located in Merenberg, Hesse. There is also a showroom for exhibitions and sales in the immediate vicinity of the company headquarters in Merenberg.

For our location in Merenberg we are looking for a part-time buyer (25 hours)

Your tasks:

• Project-related purchasing in close cooperation with our work preparation and production departments
• Establishing new and maintaining existing supplier relationships
• Development and implementation of strategies for various material groups
• Negotiation and conclusion of framework and supply agreements
• Creation of evaluations and monitoring of key performance indicators
• Participation in the further development of our merchandise management system and the associated processes

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in technical purchasing
• Confident appearance and strong negotiating skills
• Technical understanding and affinity for production processes
• Confident handling of MS Office; experience with MS Dynamics NAV an advantage
• Entrepreneurial thinking, goal- and solution-oriented way of working
• Ability to work in a team and a structured, independent way of working
